Panna cotta with coffee syrup and blueberries
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g strong coffee
- 1 tbsp coffee beans
- peel of 1/2 orange
- panna cotta Pur Natur
Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over low heat to make a light syrup. Set aside to cool and pour through a fine mesh sieve.
Serve the panna cotta with the syrup and the blueberries.
